Orders
All orders placed through our Services are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Pricing
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time. All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as applicable under Danish law.

Payment
We accept various payment methods through our payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7-14 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy
You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with Italian consumer protection law. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@moda-verona.com .

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MODA VERONA or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.
