  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your return package.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories. Ensure that the package is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@moda-verona.com with details of the defect or damage.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@moda-verona.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
